Account Executive (Lexington Area)

We are currently in search of a creative marketing sales executive to join our team of sales professionals in the Lexington area market. As an Account Executive with osborne creative, the successful candidate would assist in developing and managing strategies for consumer-direct marketing while building strong client relationships. Primary responsibilities include:
• Developing innovative strategies to reach the target population
• Utilizing electronic media, newsletters, annual communication plans, post cards, tip sheets, etc
• Creating effective and measurable communications strategies
• Developing detailed project plans
• Engaging consumers
• Attending meetings with internal and external customers
• Concepting, public relations development and delivery
• Media Management
• Working as a liaison between design staff and the client

Other Requirements:
The successful applicant should have ample previous success in sales, bringing a variety of past experience to the table. Reputation, honesty, and excellent communication skills are a must. The ideal candidate is someone who is entrepreneurial in spirit, and is willing to take ownership in his or her position, being willing to go the extra mile for both our clients and our team. Past marketing or media related experience is definitely a plus.

Job Requirements:
A strong consumer-direct marketing background and project management experience is necessary. A successful history of strategizing marketing initiatives and excelling in sales is essential. Segment-based consumer marketing experience is highly desired (including use of brochures, FAQ sheets, tip sheets, etc). A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. Past media or related sales experience would also be very beneficial. While we certainly welcome all creative input from our sales team, special technical or creative skills are not required.
